Delivery Policy

  1. Free Standard Shipping
    For orders over $30, we offer free standard shipping within Australia. This discount applies automatically at checkout when your cart total exceeds $30.
  2. Flat Rate Shipping for Orders Under $30
    A flat delivery fee of $5 applies to orders totaling less than $30.
  3. Delivery Methods
    All orders are shipped via Australia Post (Auspost) or Sendle, depending on the delivery address. Delivery partners may change based on customer feedback and reported issues, so we encourage you to share your experience with us. Please note that customers cannot choose the delivery method.
  4. Express Shipping
    Express shipping is available for an additional charge, displayed at checkout. All express orders are sent exclusively via Auspost.
  5. Dispatch Time
    All orders are dispatched within 2 business days, with a cut-off time of 7 PM AEST. All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria.
  6. Delivery Time
    Delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to the relevant courier’s website for the most accurate delivery estimates.
  7. Parcel Locker Delivery
    We accept Parcel Lockers provided by Auspost as valid delivery addresses. Please ensure your details are correct at checkout to avoid delays.
  8. Incorrect Delivery Address
    If you notice an error with your delivery address, please contact our customer service team immediately. For orders already in transit, we will attempt to arrange a redirection with the courier, though this service is not guaranteed.
  9. Return Shipping
    Return or exchange postage is a flat rate of $7. For eligibility to have this return postage waived, please refer to our Return Policy.

Return Policy

  1. Change of Mind Returns
    If you change your mind, you may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is non-refundable, and customers are responsible for covering this cost.
  2. Non-Returnable and No-Exchange Items for Hygiene Reasons
    For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including (but not limited to) earrings, headwear, and face coverings. No exchanges are available for these items.
  3. Conditions of Return
    All returned items must be in original condition—unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and labels. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
  4. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. For example, if your order was $15 with an additional $5 shipping charge, only the $15 for the product is refundable.
  5. Faulty or Damaged Products
    If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact customer service within 30 days of the delivery date to arrange a return, refund, or exchange. Be sure to keep evidence, such as images of the packaging and product, as this may be required for further action. If the product is confirmed faulty, return postage may be waived.
  6. Lost Delivery Packages
    If your package is lost, please take a photo of your entrance, clearly showing your address number plate or drop-off location, and contact customer service for assistance. Our Privacy Policy covers all media shared with us.
  7. Refund Process
    Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If your payment was made by card and the card has since been cancelled, our team will request your Australian bank account details to complete the refund. Please note that card refunds can only be made to Australian bank accounts.
